About this estimate
It assumes you're a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident under 60 and a tax resident, paid a fixed monthly salary with no bonus, commission or allowances. It uses the standard personal relief, EPF and SOCSO/EIS reliefs, and optionally spouse and child relief. Other reliefs you might claim (for example lifestyle, medical or education) would lower your tax further.
Your employer's payroll uses LHDN's official PCB formula and the contribution tables from EPF and PERKESO, so your payslip may differ slightly. Rates are reviewed each Budget.
